The weather wasn’t great, lots of people were self-isolating, but in the end a few determined pilgrims did travel to Wells very early in the morning of 10 July with the aim of walking the 26 miles back to Bath…
…12 hours later they arrived, foot sore and weary (apart from Sarah Sanderson) but having enjoyed a fantastic and varied day! Sarah’s route finding skills were highly impressive taking the band of pilgrims along some amazing, and little trodden, paths.
Sarah is considering organising a repeat trip in the autumn. Here are a few photos to whet your appetite!
